Bachmann approaches zenith of stupidity

factcheck.org is going to have to hire more people as a result of Bachmann's campaign. So we can argue she's creating jobs.

I think the more important question is how many people sitting at home know how wrong she is and how many of them care?

She is that stupid. Even after being challenged RE:JQ Adams, she stuck to her position.
 
The WH and all Dems would raise $500M-1B with no strings attached for her if the GOP nominated Bachmann to run against Obama.

I think you're mistaking "attack" with "disagreeing vehemently." Which is the point, I think. I haven't read a single thread or even a post disagreeing with a Bachmann political position. All I've read is that she's a wacko, she's an idiot, she missed the John Adams mini-series... blah, blah, blah.

And I fully expect to read the same tired crap about each and every Republican contender. This board mirrors the main stream media in this regard.

What's funny about the "you attack what you fear stuff" is that I didn't see a bunch of libs on the boards in 2007-08 defending Dennis Kucinich, Mike Gravel, or John Edwards (well, with the obvious exception of BSD :) ). Those folks were noted as being incapable of winning the nomination at best, and wackjobs at worst. But some on the right seem unable to recognize that the unelectable among the candidates are unelectable for a reason.

It is a political position that Congress and the media should be invesitgated for un-American activities.

The fact that she fractures history and then defends her erroneous assertions shows she is unfit for any public office.

That's because Bachmann marginalized herself right from the start with the idiotic position that Intelligent Design should be taught as science in our schools. When you establish a baseline disconnect from reasonable thought, I'm not going to waste my time debating your positions any further.

People who think like she does have no business being in a position to shape the political discourse of this country, nor should their positions on educating ever again be taken seriously.

Unlike others on this thread I didn't tear down Bachmann's position because I think she's a vacuous airhead. I reached the conclusion that she's a fucking idiot because of her position regarding Intelligent Design.
