Do conservatives still want Chris Christie?

I don't think there is any good way he could answer that question.

Agreed. All I can think of is some combative language about the unions and moochers attempting to silence the real hard working people of NJ who think he has done a great job. That's how Scott Walker would answer such a question.

Or he could have just said that polls are for suckers, let the election results speak for themselves.

Saw an interview with Christie. His combativeness came across, but he also came across as really bitter. Was interviewed at a drug treatment facility and was very blunt that as President he would support aggressive federal prosecution of pot smokers in Colorado and Washington. Seems pretty tone deaf since conservatives support states' rights and the longer term tread is moving toward liberalization of marijuana laws.

Originally thought Christie and Jindal would be GOP's best bets for 2016. Both have been huge disappointments and Rand and Rubio have passed them up. Christie and Jindal both have approval ratings in the low 30s. Obama's approval rating in LA (a state he lost by 17 points) is 10 points higher than Jindal's.

No. Conservatives do not still want Chris Christie.

Chris Christie failed to make the cut for the main stage at next week’s Fox Business Network/Wall Street Journal debate, a major blow for the New Jersey governor who has struggled to gain traction in the presidential race.

Christie, along with former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, failed to meet the 2.5 percent average polling threshold, meaning they'll both be bumped to a 6 p.m. undercard debate on Tuesday, appearing alongside former Sen. Rick Santorum and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal.

Bigger Wrangor fail. Insisting Christie will get the nomination of insisting Harry Giles to Wake?

Main Event: Carson, Trump, Rubio, Cruz, Carly, Jeb, Rand, Kasich
JV: Christie, Huckabee, Jindal, Santorum
Injured Reserve: Graham, Pataki, Gilmore

Christie is going to own that JV debate. But will anyone care?

Only one of those two was real possibility.

Predictably, Huckabee and Christie are both blaming "the media" for their failure to make any connection with Republican voters.

I hate it for my boi, but his numbers don't cut it. Still hoping he stays in the race until whatever happens with Trump happens. I think he gets a lionshare of those votes if Trump takes a step back. Republican Primaries are so interesting because Rubio is the clear leader in my opinion, but he is polling at less than 15% of the vote.

You're intelligent. As Carson himself points out, a large segment of the population is not.

Pretty sure I've seen Trump supporters would go to Carson and vice versa. Republicans have reaped the hate for politicians that they have sowed.

Yeah. I didn't know which one he was talking about.
