I really don't think this issue would hurt Biden in a general election against Trump (for obvious reasons), but it might make it impossible for him to get out of the Democratic Primaries.

No, Sig, but by claiming to be a Native American (as she was listed in the registry) she took a teaching position that was designated for a person of authentic ancestry. It is a quota question and by her illegitimate claim she stood in for a legitimate candidate to fill it..

Facts matter. She didn't take the place of any students. She most likely didn't take the place of any Native American law professor either, but that is far less clear.

Exactly. Glad to see that we agree. She didn't keep a single student from getting a place at Harvard, nor does it appear that there was a specific Native American law professor who didn't get a job.
