assuming full bonus payout, if I have to give $9 million to AB or Kraft, I guess I'd rather AB have it
 
The 9 million signing bonus first 5 million payment was due Monday, don’t think he is seeing any of the money.
 
Right and 4/1 = 20% implied odds. This isn't a real bet (that I've seen) just piggybacking off of last night's discussion from Ayo.

4/1 is 400% not 20%...you bet $1 and get back a profit of $4. That's 400% of what you put up.
 
Okay, my point is that if someone is listed in Vegas as a 4-1 favorite to win that means Vegas believes that they will win once every five times (20%).
 
No, that means Vegas believes they will win about 15% of the time, but you are getting 20% implied odds

It'd be the other way around, they believe they'll win 25% of the time but you're getting 20% odds

Future bets are true odds. If you bet $100 on a 4/1 shot, you get $500 back is you win. You get your original $100 plus a $400 profit.

Due to being true odds, there isn't a vig. The reason this happens is there's no guarantee your team (player, horse) will even have an opportunity to give you a win.
 
Futures definitely have vigs, look at the odds to win an individual division and the totals surpass 100 percent.
