2019 NFL Season Thread Year 100. Superbowl LIV Winner: Kansas City Chiefs

Futures definitely have vigs, look at the odds to win an individual division and the totals surpass 100 percent.

That's not relevant.

A vig is you bet $110 to win $100. There is no such thing on future bets. Future bets have a much bigger chance of losing. Thus they don't need it.

You don't think it's relevant that if the total odds exceed 100% that the books have a cushion?

Future books are not about being above or below 100%. Unless there is a huge favorite, like the Warriors after getting KD, the casinos expect almost all future bets to lose. They are much more afraid of a Blues hit than for a 3/1 paying off.

For the not overwhelming favorite teams, there are way too variables for future bets to be balanceable. How do you predict injuries? Trades?

Future bets are considered to be gimmicks like parlays. Look at how small small parlays were out of the $5B in sports bets and what percentage of they won last year:

"They also won 24 percent of the $95.1 million that was wagered on parlays for a profit of $22.9 million." https://www.reviewjournal.com/sport...-record-301m-in-2018-from-5b-in-bets-1586522/

Gettleman gonna be swinging the dick around at his next presser.

Jones looks really, really good, even without Saquan. And the defense is so horrific that they will still likely continue to lose enough for high picks and more Gettlemagic in the draft. Looks like the plan is coming together.

Let's slow down a bit here.

TB had the worst pass defense in the NFL last year... And they are ranked at the bottom again this year by most metrics.

If there were ever a team for a QB to debut against, it would be the Tampa Bay Bucs.

But yeah, he didn't suck. I was surprised by that.

Next Sunday night is going to be fun

Saints with Bridgewater looked good up in seattle. Big test for Big D to move to 4-0.

Sorry Jessie
