Another thing brought up in maf 1 chat (and in dead chat)... how does everyone feel about moving away from the term lynching? There are plenty of words we could use which are not as charged as that one
 
1. You all are incorrect if you think my end of day posts were game breaking or in poor taste. I did it for the benefit of my team...period. Bym has just flipped game on its head and it was in the best interest of our team

2. we knew gat was mafia, figured juice was and we thought gm was best means of jtp staying alive. We were obviously wrong on her

3. I’m still a little upset about a few things but I will leave it at, jtp should have been made gf. I knew bym was going to investigate him

Obviously, i would have know that and would’ve chosen to investigate someone different. Probably Juice, 03 or one of the other investigable mafioso.

Wasn’t game breaking or cheating or anything like that. But was poor gamesmanship, especially the way you did it.

I was describing the game to someone and used the term and got a "what the fuck" look followed by, "You're serious? That's what they call it? That's fucked up"

I think as a game mechanic, the association never really crossed my mind - but I’m fine not using it, I don’t think I have said the word out loud in years Killed works.
 
Here's the upcoming schedule. I didn't realize that the 6/29 week was the week most people would have off for 4th of July.

I can probably move my game up a week (undecided if i want to run the more complex Conquest game or a simpler Rick & Morty game) or slide it back to July 6 week. Any preferences?

6/22: Off week for theme game
6/29: GAT - Conquest of a New World
7/6: Off week for a theme game (July 4th)
7/13: Townie - Some cool-ass spy stuff
7/20: Open - was originally BYM
 
I move that “lynched” is replaced with “parlay’d” moving forward
