Coaches can now comment on who they're recruiting? When did that change?

I think it's just a poorly constructed sentence and means that Chandler told @Stockrisers. I wouldn't think Forbes would normally be talking to people about who he's meeting with.
that sets up an interesting situation with our scholarship count as Jalen Johnson, Ian Dubose, and Jonah Antonio now could conceivably come back next year but we have added at least 3 and probably 4 or 5 freshmen for next year. Will be interesting to see who wants to come back and who is encouraged to move onto the next part of their life.
Has anybody heard how the NCAA will handle scholarship limits next year? It would really mess up recruiting if the limits are kept in place.
It will mess up a lot more than just scholarships and recruiting. My brother is playing division one soccer coming in as a freshman next fall. His conference isn't playing this season and there will presumably be some senior players coming back, though I assume many will choose to graduate with their class since they have other stuff to worry about career wise. Even if the scholarships limits are done in a way where players returning that wouldn't have previously been eligible do not count against the scholarship count, it will seriously effect the prospects of playing time for people like my brother for his entire four years, as the class before him will essentially be the same as his class eligibility wise.

Can I hope that Wake Forest is all 5? Is that possible?
