Sounds scary but I'm sure RJ will just have to live with the spectacular weather and natural beauty but if you want to frame everything as scary just because a bunch of liberals live there then you do you

It has poured the past couple of nights.

As to mudslides, there are places you shouldn't live. Just like you shouldn't live close to a mobile home park in the south or your home is in danger of a tornado.
 
It's true, death's embrace is coming for us all. No need for shots or any preventative health measures for that matter, it just doesn't matter, you're gonna die.

Many of us would like to make that day later rather than sooner. And if a vaccine can help that happen, all to the good. I like having my dad around. And I would prefer not to lose him to Covid because some a__hole can't be bothered to do some simple stuff. So Dad stays home.

Wow. The total deaths in the US usually increase by 1% per year. In 2020 that number increased by 15 times, and that doesn't even include the 150,000 COVID deaths that will occur in 2021.

It's the gift that keeps giving. The other night #2 son (WF04), his wife and my two month old Granddaughter is waiting for takeout, sitting outside a restaurant in Sacramento. A car drives by shooting paint balls, about 100 yards away. WF gets hit three times, leg, back and shoulder and my daughter-in-law gets hit in the back of her head. Fortunately they shielded the baby. The cops nearby chased down the car, two juveniles and an adult, now sitting in a cell, the adult charged with felony assault. Made the local news.
Fortunately, everyone's ok and I guess it could happen anywhere though eyes, career etc. could have been lost. But way to go California.

Oh well you didn't say he made the mistake of moving to Sacramento, which I agree is a shithole.

This literally happened at my freshman dormitory at Wake Forest. I talked to your son about it the very next day. Tell him KEVIN SWINTON says hi
