Is it not cool to cool your Boo thang babe? Because I have always just done that. Gets sups awkward when you call someone else that like your bro babe tho. Just got back from a trip to Hawaii with a bro of mine and his fiancée, he probably called me babe like 3 times over the course of the trip.
 
This is wildly personal but what the heck

Today my wife absolutely blew up at my mother in law, who looks after our son while we work

It was a lot of pent up rage after she’s been here for a few months and just sorta loudly tromps through our meetings and hands him off when she can’t get him down and general boomer complaining, but at the end of the day it’s free child care and family helping us out, so we haven’t really said boo

Well today I guess it did pop off bc MIL declared she’s done helping us ingrates out, so I guess we don’t have child care any more oops
 
Gawd damn not being able to edit makes me sound even more full blown than I already do with the ability to edit. Which is very full blown already

Airbnb a couple blocks away, she stayed with us for a little bit at the start and then it was clear that wasn’t a good idea haha

It’s not entirely free childcare as we paid for three months of the short term rental but still not the same $$$ as day care or nanny, which was inevitably coming

Just sorta forces the issue in an incredibly uncomfortable way

MOD NOTE: I call my wife "babe" unironically. I do however call her "dude" and "bro" semi-ironically and "my side chick" ironically.
