Snow

Big nothingburger in the GSO so far. Couple inches and some sleet.
 
Woke up to an inch of snow and was sleeting/raining for a couple of hours. Has switched over to big snow flakes for about an hour now

Yeah, south Winston we got like 3-4 inches of powder early this morning and it’s been sleeting ever since then. Just shoveled the driveway and put down ice melt
 
West of DC in loudoun county. Light coating over everything now. It's been snowing an hour or so. If longer I didn't notice.
 
The wife got a little bit too rowdy during the 4-wheeler sled pull and the 3yo and I got launched into a ditch. The 3yo, being the absolute psycho that she is, thought it was the greatest thing ever.
 
Just took the truck out. Saw 2 cars. Drove about a half mile down Silas Creek and then back to house. Was going stir crazy
 
Took the Kioti out and sled some of the local hills today. Only saw one car while out. Tomorrow will be peak sledding.

Just came in…most of the roads are in shitty shape…the parts of country club I was on are better than Stratford. Side roads are very bad. Raining now which is freezing quickly. There’s a thick and very slippery/sloppy mess now that’s likely to be hard and slick by morning.
 
How is Asheville and the surrounding areas this morning? Wondering if we made the right choice to cancel.

They got the main roads plowed and pretty quickly cleared enough around downtown, but side roads are still a big work in progress.
