Clemson @ WFU - Saturday 9/24 - 12 Noon ABC

So now we’re coming off a brutal loss, extremely banged up and headed to FSU. These boys better get over this tough one quick. Incredible effort today.
 
baffled why we didn't blitz more on 3rd downs- absolutely no pass rush
would be great if we could mix in some short/intermediate crossing route concepts
overall, what a game- so close

Also, your down two best DBs in Calen Carson and Davis. Those two guys maybe make the difference in our performance on 3rd down today. We gave up a 3rd and 26 In the first quarter. Anyway, I think Clemson was 15 of 22 on 3rd down. That’s the game right there
 
We didn’t blitz because man coverage with our second string guys was likely a losing scenario.

No, I’m new here. I just have a newfound vendetta towards that guy since he dare question my “ultimate authority” in the interpretation of CFB OT rules which I was never claiming to have to begin with.
 
Clemson made an adjustment on safety coverage giving the run a clear advantage on the read. Not sure it’s Clawson in the pocket there fellas. We played our game and went for what they were giving us.

not saying we shouldn’t have blitzed more, but seems like folks are assuming that not getting pressure means we weren’t sending guys, which i don’t think was always the case. we just got spanked by their OL

I feel physically ill at the moment, but you lost me with this. Clemson and all of the college football world thought they’d stomp us again. Our guys see that we can win these games. Clemson has been like an albatross. I remember when FSU was one that seemed unwinnable for years. Need to keep chipping away.
 
I thought we played very well. The fact that we fought back down 14 out of the gate and forced Clemson to make several incredible plays just to get to OT is very impressive.

Clemson took away the pass and forced us to run. Had we kept throwing it deep it would have looked a lot like the last play of the game - a total prayer into double coverage.

Clemson is good. Their coaches are good. We were right there. Great game.

Plus, we covered.
 
Also Clemson will lose at least once this year. We will learn so much about this team and this staff next weekend.

I’ll probably feel the same later. Right now it just hurts to much to be rational about.

Not happening. It's like Chaundee blowing the layup or Mark Wliams over the back in Cameron.

Today was almost as bad as 2006.
