Tough to pick one style as it varies based on what I want to accompany the eggs. I’d say in a vacuum: over medium

Hot sauce is my answer for everything condiment related.

Ideal egg dish is over easy eggs on top of chilaquiles verdes.
 
Another egg question:

Do you prefer your scrambled eggs French/euro style, soft and creamy, or American diner style more foldy. I'm by far the latter. The texture of the former sometimes makes me borderline ill, particularly if I've been drinking the night before.
 
People only cook one thing at a time?
yeah everything from me cooking dinner up to eating it has to do with getting the meal ready, ain't no time to clean. and by that I mean if I just cooked meat in a pan I'm not cleaning that while it rests I'm moving on to other things to get the meal ready. I cook while I go if there's long downtime while stuff is cooking.
 
Sure people cook multiple things at a time. But you’re lying if there aren’t a few moments where you’re waiting on whatever. I use those moments for washing things.

There are a few moments. But usually not enough to finish cleaning all the dishes from the day unless I’m doing the whole meal in the oven.
 
Just got an invite to a “antisemitism in the workplace workshop” and I just feel like we don’t need this training
