Chat Thread- Mako and Mt Olive Dipping Vibes

We have tried numerous different under cabinet lighting solutions and have come up empty. Current set up has sooooo much cable that it looks like a jumbled mess where it plugs in.

Grabbed some battery powered ones from ikea today and they’re just not bright enough. Just ordered some Phillips hue light strips to try. Hopefully this is the end of this journey without having to get an electrician out to hardwire some.

I would absolutely enjoy meeting you in real life and having a beverage together. Even if I disagree with 90% of your opinions/thoughts, they are always a different perspective for me to consider.

I feel like the Hue light strips need some kind of channel to diffuse the LED lights for this purpose. I had a couple that I wanted to re-purpose for this same thing but wasn't happy with how they looked reflecting off the kitchen counters.

I had these back at the old house. They worked great and were surprisingly bright. We had the dimmable version.

Now I have a strip light.

Don’t know whose kitchen that is but it’s certainly not Windy’s with a container of cookies on the counter.

How the hell do you see that? You are the man. They are probably there for mouse ears but damn you are good.
 
I assumed he had a daughter named Katie but those weren't her tweets. But Lembo's bio doesn't list a child named Katie (or Kathryn or whatever). So I guess Katie Lembo was just somebody with the last name Lembo.
 
My wife and I were talking this weekend about under the cabinet lights, we don't want battery powered lights because they chew through batteries so quickly. Lowes has some plugin kits we were interested in and I think we could do it without having any wires showing. I guess most people use the outlet that their microwave plugs into?
