I have zero beef with her politics and we probably agree on most of that. It's just the vanilla playing to every suburban white girl schtick that is pretty dang annoying to me. Particularly when she doesn't actually seem that down to earth.

There are literally millions of dudes who would be with Taylor Swift. Her only shot at love this time around just happened to be the TE on a dominant NFL team and it just so happened to coincide during the actual NFL season when the dude went to her concert and stood around publicly trying to get his number to her?

By way of comparison, Billie Eilish doesn't want to play to every suburban white girl, and she comes off as way more authentic.

i suggest the revolutionary method of "don't read articles about taylor swift" if you want to avoid it

again, not sure why this is a problem unless you just feel that the pre-game shows didn't break down enough x's and o's to illustrate how vulnerable the 49ers are when facing a tampa two inside blitz scheme and that COULD have been discussed if not for that meddling kid
 
I’m confused by the idea that a vanilla white woman like Swift inauthentically markets to vanilla teenage white girls. Or maybe I’m getting played.

It seemed like there were fewer crowd shots during SB than a regular game. I’m fine with more wives, girlfriends, parents, and other family of more players getting screen time during sporting events.

If the chiefs offense had done better I think there would’ve been more shots of the chiefs’ wives and girlfriends.

i don't read any articles about taylor swift ever

and yet my post still remains true -- via my normal patterns of sports consumption, she is everywhere

again, i don't blame her, but don't be obtuse as to why it could be annoying

Couldn't have been worse than his. According to Mahomes, Hardman didn't realize the game was over. The media has been handing out shit to the Niners players who didn't know the OT rules, but neither did Hardman.
 
The problem seems to be that media key in on a few players’ families. What’s wrong with mixing it up?

if the premise is that they have to show families, then sure mix it up

i just start from a premise that i don't want to see any families at all

just show me the coaches and sidelines -- that's enough

The problem seems to be that some people get annoyed by 45 seconds of an over 3 hour game. I suggest that those people get their annoyance meters recalibrated and direct them at commercials and unnecessarily long replay reviews, where they belong.

Man if y’all don’t see how Taylor has been completely overexposed over the last 1-2 years even to people who are not seeking her out I don’t know what to tell you. It’s not as simple as just “don’t click on the articles”

She needs to go away for a year or two and let people miss her for a bit
 
I'll tell you one thing that's overexposed, "_____ (Taylor's Version)" references and jokes
