Ongoing gun violence/injury thread

What else could become the major story at EVERY SINGLE MASS GATHERING that this country has, and injure dozens of kids at the same time????

Man...We need to start selling high powered death machines to MORE people, not FEWER. If everyone at that sports celebratory parade had had an AR Assault Weapon, this probably wouldn't have gotten as far as it did...the person shooting would have been down in SECONDS....meh...who cares about even more collateral damage. Instruments created solely for mass death are our god given right!!!! Who HONESTLY cares about kids' lives that much? I mean...seriously? If I have to curb my stockpile of arsenal capable of taking down a company of the local National Guard just to bring a little peace to my neighborhood, it's truly not worth it....I mean, what if the gub'ment turns on us? I have to be able to go up against their tanks and expertly trained soldiers with SOMETHING!!!
 
just blindly emptying a clip into … his own car? I wonder how many OT hours it takes to be so on edge an acorn would have you blasting indiscriminately in a neighborhood

And yet I am supposed to believe good guys with concealed guns is the answer
 
apparently the KC shooting resulted from an argument. just a couple of good guys with guns celebrating their freedoms by bringing firearms to a parade for a football victory.
