Also Boopie has now missed the front end of 4 one and one's in critical times. 2 against State, one against Duke, and one at ND. Dude is shooting 80%+, that has to change. Time to be a man Boopie.

Lenient officiating, as in lots of stuff that could be called is let go may not favor Wake. Wake is a great free throw shooting team. More foul calls= more fre throws= more points. Wake doesn't have wide body bangers to work down low. Moving screens make it harder for Wake to play their preferred defense against pick and roll plays.

as much as I like Parker’s 3 pt threat, opposing teams go at him when we’re on defense. With Summer weight room and general experience, he’s going to be a solid piece of our puzzle in coming years. He’s a smart kid and will work hard. For now we need Boopie to drive and dish or score in mid game ( and not dribble into traffic and trip…which probably will be fixed by this game)
 
This game has lot of (not quite perfect, but close) parallels to 2017, when we went in to Blacksburg in our regular season finale and won to get to 9-9 in the ACC.

Clearly a game we had to have; it followed directly after our biggest win - the home win over Louisville.

We went into that game 2-6 on the road in ACC play and got our third road win(6-3 at home). Let's hope we step up to the occasion and get our third road win tomorrow.
 
Good time to play up there since they are out of it. Hopefully they have given up. See y’all in Blacksburg!

Same, I am going to have to shut down this my boy Pfred can't play defense slander.

He is going to be a 4 year legend at Wake, expect to see his number in the rafters.
 
I have a gig tomorrow evening right as the game is getting underway. The joint I'm playing has lots of TV's. I'd prefer to watch when I get home...without knowing the outcome...or being distracted while I take a solo during "Superman Lover". :)
