Ok I’ve always said that I’m not gonna coach my kids and I appreciate the guy coaching her 10u soccer team giving up his time to work with kids but this practice is really hard for me to sit back and idly observe.

Yeah, it's tough.

Especially with all of the politics at play as the kids get older.
