There are four players in North Carolina with whom we are involved.
Freeman, Gill, Meeks, and McClinton. We need to sign some people.
Chenault definitely needs to go and maybe Green and Fields.
We have to recognize that this is the least talent WAKE has ever put on the floor. Ever.

You're really the worst kind of fan, DV7. There are plenty of reasons to criticize this team and this game but you haven't spoken to any of them.
What stands out to me is that we came out flat and our off-the-ball movement was pretty lousy (which is equal parts TC-not-seeing and our guys not moving). Our defensive rotations were also miserable for most of the Richmond run and even down the stretch, which again seems equally because of bad awareness and guys not knowing where they need to be. A team like Richmond, which runs a very set-heavy half-court offense, is going to make us look like that if we're not maximizing our potential on defense.
Bzz in particular deserves credit for motivating these guys and making a stagnant offense look less stagnant. He also deserves credit for his substitutions. All excellent.
Blowing that timeout was bad, though, and possibly cost us the game. So, too, did our seeming lack of preparation to contain the little guy in the first half.
All in all, I'm happy that we fought back and this should serve as a motivational tool for us moving forward when we fall behind early.

You're leaving his Viduretta like speed out of the equation.
Well, I agree, Bz isn't on the level of those coaches. But those coaches couldn't take the team Bz inherited and make them a top 15 team either. We aren't on the level of UNC or UK because we don't have the talent, not necessarily because of Bz.
How could I forget??? Nikita is seriously the worst. I wish that there was another option.
Serious question for the undergrads, who is the best intramural player over 6'4 and is he/she better than Nikita?
Yep. I'm a horrible fan.
Continue to be satisfied by something that can only be described as sub-mediocre from the head coach and think of yourself as a super fan. It's working.
I disagree with you about Green. When he matures physically, he's going to be far better than Tony Woods, while giving us a lot of the same stuff Tony allegedly gave us.
I definitely see either Fields or Chennault transferring, but a lot of that, I think, depends on these Newell rumors and the Gill recruitment. McClinton is a pure wing at this stage.

Green does not have a clue how to play. He needs to be redshirted next year if he stays. He is a good student and you want to have a couple of spots for guys to develop. But wiht Washington and Cavanaugh and Green. that seems one too many.
Tony is tough and plays hard but the cold hard fact is that he is not going to get any better and is not ACC caliber. Fields may be.
what are newell rumors?
That depends on what you think our problems are. It seems to me that McKie cj Fischer and possibly even fields are good at times. Our problems seem to be hustle an lack of inside presence. A good coach with a smaller team makes sure they can outrun their opponents for the whole game and shoot free throws and not implement an offensive system where are "bigs" end up out at the 3 point line ensuring that we will fail at rebounding
Even a halfway intelligent coach should always, always put a squad on the court that is in excellent conditioning shape and can hit free throws. And it's amazing how much those two things matter in every single game
