I'd think we would. He'd give Wake a ton of good pub of his kid was treated right and it wouldn't hurt to have one of the best cover corners of all-time around the program.

But if his kid isn't that good, it outweighs those advantages.

Yeah, being that he was possibly the best corner ever, he knows talent and potentially knows his son may not have it. Thus, he wants his son to get a top notch education.

I thought I remembered something about Sanders causing some NCAA violations, but then saw it was nothing more than the Dez Bryant stuff.

Having Prime Time's son suit up against FSU would be amusing!

Also, who knows what this fuggin staff might get out of a two star player, eh?

One (2 star prospect) who also happens to have a dad with an "NFL Network" mouth and previously formed connections with Alphonso Smith. Might be a connection I'd consider.

Can't say, but I do think there's something to be said about former pro parents wanting their kids to go to the best educational opportunity. They seem to know that good players will get drafted out of every school, and that in any event a pro career is a fragile thing.

Barry Sanders' son will likely end up at Stanford, for instance. Andrew Luck's another one.

Would be interesting to study the different in the recruiting process for kids with parents who played the sport or have a background in athletics and/or higher education.

Sometimes I think grobe takes it too far when he is sending a message to the detriment of our team. That said if josh comes back he'll be the number one guy next year which is way better than sitting out a year somewhere else. Also, having deion's kid would be way better than cross' kid, even if he stinks its money and publicity for the program. It's like p diddy's kid going to UCLA.
 
Probably just watching the Rose Bowl, Wisconsin does that jump around thing before the 4th quarter.

Those of us in the stands in Nashville were actually embarrassed for how he carried on after that "tremendous" 10 yard KO return.

The kid's head is just not on straight right now. :(
