We will never know what Ty Walker could have become if he'd had a different coach. Gaudio quickly wrote Ty Walker off and in my opinion made life miserable for Ty by not playing him at all. I always believed he wanted Ty to transfer but Ty wouldn't. Ty was the NC Gatorade Player of the Year...

I believe the recruiting class they wanted to keep coming to Wake when Skip died was Al-Farouq Amino, Tony Woods and Ty Walker.

Since the University is doing a major renovation of Taylor and Efird Dorms this summer, we have moved the campus barber shop this summer. Here's a little history on the shop. The WFU Barber Shop opened on the campus in 1961 and originally was located in on the lower level of Davis Dorm below...

Great News This is some really good news when Wake needs good news! Great decision to have a person who can be a good influence and role model around the players even if it means creating the position to do it. Way to go Wake!

What to do with kids There is a nice Children's Museum near Old Salem now...it's a little like SciWorks with interactive activities etc. If you want outdoor activities Tanglewood has a lot to do, horseback riding, swimming etc.
