2019-2020 NHL Thread – Playoffs???

This feels like the US vs Russia in an Olympics with East German refs. America needs a Canes win.
 
Foegle took a high stick to the face that knocked him to the ice. Play on says the referee! D looks gassed.
 
It has felt like a penalty kill since then. Fortunate that they haven’t had many good chances but they have owned the puck
 
Rod needs to start channeling his inner Jose Mourinho on any ref questions. "I prefer not to speak"
 
So... we're 16 minutes into the game and Philly is down 2-0 and has not tallied a shot on goal.
 
Canes and Bruins looks like two best teams in the East to me.

Upside is getting them early means if we just can't beat them we'll get an actual offseason (assuming 2020-21 season starts as scheduled)
