I'm sorry this is sanders California democratic party delegate congregation who wrote that letter. I should have specified that. There was an article about it in The Nation that was on Twitter

I think she is being floated to raise her profile. It is interesting that one of her champions is none other than Nancy Pelosi.

Also good strategy to let her get the Scientology and Castro stuff out there, so it will be stale in the future.
 
Trump's strategy to paint Biden as a leftist seems like it wouldn't really be an effective strategy for the (imagined) average swing voter
