Ventura would be a mistake. Look at his time in Val Verde. Couldn't even stop one illegal alien. Massive hole where his heart should be. Disappeared in the middle of the night and left a Californian governor to clean up the mess. Hard pass.

Trump's chosen pick for the Ohio Senate race against Democrat Sherrod Brown said that Abraham Lincoln (and Alexander Hamilton and James Madison, among others) signed the Declaration of Independence and that his supporters would meet them all in heaven when they died. This is also the same guy who was caught advertising for gay sex on a casual sex site called the Adult Friend Finder (he is now opposed to LGBTQ rights, of course). The GOP has really outdone themselves in finding batshit-crazy freaks to run for high public office this year.
