How does the NCAA even get a voice in this matter? The kid has a skill, a company wants it. How did they get between a young person with talent and a company who wants to hire them?

They don't. The NBA does. No one forces him to play college basketball.

Fortunately the CONTRIVED NBA draft will make sure he doesn't end up in Toronto, and he will go to Cleveland like Stern and Gilbert agreed to years ago.

Exactly. If they can go pro right of high school, let them. If they commit to a school it should be for at least two years, if not three.

i have a feeling he will end up in Minnesota, because that's basically Canada.
