When was it and what were the caveats? If he had a Nova offer he could actually commit to, he wouldn't be committing to Wake at this late point.

I assume that this would seem to lend credibility to the idea that Hoard is not coming back, especially with scholarship numbers but I don't care enough to really look up how many scholarships WF has available versus how many top 500 recruits that WF has coming in.
