When have you seen Walters coach since he was hired in May? Or are you just repeating the talking points from the AD from his hiring?

As someone who doesn't know anything about contracts of that nature, is it possible/legal to rework someone's title so you are not firing them but instead keeping them on in a lesser position. That way if they were to quit/resign then the buyout would no longer be valid? It would probably look bad on the school to do that.

This is a good idea, but like 20 feet tall. Keep him in a cage and have him run out on the field or court before the game to intimidate the shit out of the other team. Something like the wildling giants in Game of Thrones and not one of those inflatable blowup things that flop about. We need a real fucking giant Deacon in a cage with chains to scare that other team and their fans.
 
That would definitely solve any attendance problems for football and basketball too. Who wouldn't pay to see that shit ?
