BERNIE

Stupid reaction -- he was always going to endorse her after running as a Dem. If he could've viably run as an Indy he would've

bkf, what's the old saying? "Teach a man to fish...if he's got the cash."

No. That's not it.

Ballots With Sanders Votes Covered with White-Out Filmed by Election Monitors in San Diego
Citizen election monitors in San Diego have captured film of ballots which have been tampered with, with white-out erasing only Sanders votes, sometimes with part of Bernie Sanders’ first name obscured as well. In the film, a monitor reports that almost half the ballots in the box of ballots she witnessed had been so altered, always against Sanders.
In a third video taken by the activists, one says that she had found out from officials that in the case of University of San Diego, a Sanders stronghold with 34,000 students, any provisional ballot without a student’s room number was sent to a shredder, without being scanned or in any way recorded. Official student mailing addresses at UCSD are a mailbox at 9450 Gilman Dr., La Jolla, the student mail center.

That's why -- located in a safe Dem state -- I'll be voting third party. Her feet need to constantly be held to the fire

I actually do think Bernie can have some influence if he plays his cards right moving forward. Don't forget what Hillary is: She is the ultimate matriarch. She wants to be the leader of the Democratic party. Over time she's shifted around positions based on where the consensus of the party lies. There have been many articles written about this during the primary season, no need to re-hash.

I think there a decent chance that Bernie getting 44% in the primaries has shown Democrats that they can/should shift a bit more to the left. And HRC will probably take that shift with them, because that's what she does.

The post you quoted had nothing to do with the platform.

Clinton campaign rejects Dem plan for carbon price
Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign is stepping away from a plank in the Democratic platform endorsing a price for greenhouse gas emissions.

In a concession to supporters of Clinton’s primary rival, Bernie Sanders, the party platform committee this weekend embraced language calling for a price on greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, a measure some environmentalists and greens see as key to cutting down on climate change-causing emissions.

After the platform committee met this weekend, one of her advisers repeated that she won’t push the measure as the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.

Oh, you're talking about your post. That too dealt with the platform.

Democratic Platform to Call for Public Health Insurance Option
Democrats will call for a public health insurance option in their national party platform, according to the latest draft of the document released today, Bloomberg BNA’s Nathaniel Weixel reports.

Language inclusion is a victory for Sen. Bernie Sanders, who had campaigned for president on a promise of “Medicare for all”
