Bidets

I can't speak for the ones with the kitchen sink sprayer or the separate basin, but they seem messy.

For the one I linked, you take a shit as you normally would. The water only hits the target and then you use the dryer to remove any wetness. Stand up, pull up pants, leave bathroom. No nudity.

That’s my routine. Morning dump (with wiping) followed by a shower. I can’t stand swamp ass.
