Mike Lindell is one crazy sunnuvabitch, but I respect the hell out of him for putting himself out there to be ridiculed on live TV. I saw him on Kimmel and now seeing him on CNN. Everyone is throwing haymakers at him and he just takes it like a champ, as if he's the sane one. Pretty incredible work, IMO.

Cocaine’s a hell of a drug.

I have never been angrier with Joe Biden than I am right now.

Realtors (along with something called the Third Amendment Lawyers Association) are arguing that the eviction moratorium violates the amendment forbidding the coerced quartering of soldiers during peacetime.

In response, the Alabama Association of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors—who already sued over the previous, nearly identical CDC eviction ban that expired on July 31—filed an emergency petition last week in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia asking that the new moratorium be set aside.

Rallying to the side of the realtors was the normally idle Third Amendment Lawyers Association (ÞALA), which filed an amicus brief in the case on Friday.

"Ordinarily, the eviction process would play out in the courts. The CDC eviction moratorium prevents this," wrote the ÞALA. "Plaintiffs are being forced to house individuals, i.e. quarter them, without their consent. Given the size of the population at issue, some of these tenants are bound to be soldiers."

the Third Amendment Lawyers Association sounds like a group from the Big Block of Cheese Day ep from the West Wing

LOL at realtors in Alabama and Georgia.

I don't know much about their editorial stance, but looks like Current Affairs magazine fired all their writers for trying to organize

A socialist magazine with an already unionized workforce attempted to take the ownership co-op. Nathan J Robinson, total weirdo who runs the magazine, is being oddly gleeful about the whole thing. Other magazines will get some good writers out of it.
