This is so true, was just saying that to a guy at work earlier. Praise will be showered on this guy from every direction.

Like all rumors, it could be proven false, but the poster who pm'd me is a well recognized poster from way back when on the scout days. I'll be anxious to see how it turns out. If true, there is an even deeper level at play here as well.

I don't even know how to do that. I use the internet for the basics it was intended for: 1) Information, 2) Sports, 3) really really deplorable pornography.

I have never "trolled" anything. And i don't know if the rumor is true. All i can say is that it was told to me by an attorney in my office. I won't refer to him as "reliable," since Im not a reporter and never used him as a source, just that I trust the guy heard this from his aunt.
 
I have a very good and close relationship with a former well known b ball player from the 80's whose name I will not reveal.

He told me the same thing earlier this week.... Bz gone after the tournament. I chose not to share cause of course he could be wrong.

But since this rumor thread is here.... well. there ya have it and judge for your self.

I trust the guy, and I am choosing to operate this evening as if said rumor is true. I will drink cheap wine and root for the Deacs, and if we lose I will have something to chear about as well.

Under normal circumstances I would agree with you. But I think there's some truth to the rumor that three years ago good coaches were not willing to work for RW and that's the reason we ended up with Buzz. I think seeing Mr. Wellman cut down to size makes the job much more attractive.

No way this is true. . .No way.

. . .but if it were true, I would expect Wellman to resign shortly thereafter.
