I typically don't play FPS games anymore because the single player lines tend be boring and I don't have time to devote to get good enough to be competent in MP but the single player campaign was a lot of fun this time around. lots of novel mechanics and a good story. pretty short, though

the MP is reminds me of halo-2 era in fun/simplicity. Easy enough to play casually without feeling like a total n00b. Compared to COD, for example.
