Tonight I grilled some lamb chops with a mint yogurt sauce, grilled squash, and sautéed green beans. Grilled some halved lemons to use the juice in the sauce & on the green beans. One of my favorite recent meals.

Trying to put together a thank you meal menu for my mother in law who has taken care of our son for us the last three months (SLAVERY)

My notes so far are

Mafaldine with roasted wild mushrooms, asparagus, and peas. Mascarpone and ricotta sauce. Toasted hazelnuts.

Beef tenderloin. Horseradish sauce.

Salad, light, citrusy

Wine

Think I’ll probably just get inspired at the farmers market next weekend and go from there
