My son just hit his 12-month sleep regression and decided he needs to sleep with both mommy and daddy (RIP guest room) and woke up screaming every 90 mins last night after refusing to go back to sleep from 10-Midnight. I’ve had a combined 6 hours of sleep the last two nights.

But it’s Day 2 of the 5:30 am back-to-school workout life for this guy and I’m here.

I read your post and felt that I had zero excuses to not workout, Brasky.

Turns out I should've just been my normal, lazy self. I was doing some free weights and felt like I tore something in my neck/upper back.
