I bought a whole outfit with a sweater and pukka shell necklace from American Eagle and some jnco jeans and Vans skate shoes and some knockoff Oakley sunglasses so I could ask a girl out.

Oh man, I spent like most of my McDonald's check on Abercrombie and Fitch gear at that point. OOFBy senior year I think the majority of my wardrobe was Young Life shirts and basketball shorts
yeah. although I had a Kappa shirt that was just the logo really big on front and back my parents got for me in Italy. I got sent to the principal's office for wearing that one. They called my mom and asked if she knew what I was wearing and she said yeah I bought it for him.i think there was an unspoken rule that i "wasn't allowed" to wear most of those edgy branded things
