So we're doing this weekend sale at the store that I completely organized, set up the tastings for with reps, have been pushing social media for, cleaned up the entire shop, and scheduled folks so that it's properly staffed. The owner has basically done nothing the entire time, no real questions asked, no presence in the store to help out, no offers to do anything schedule wise.
Then I walk into the store this morning and find that the owner totally reorganized like 90% of the store overnight. Full scaled moved things around, added new shelving, put liquor on a totally different wall than it was, etc. And then called when I walked in with a list of no joke like 10 things to do that require WAY more than one day - including that he "isn't really happy" with the way we reorganized the wine previously.
The store looks good overall and it's not a problem but it's just MANIC behavior to not be involved whatsoever and then 24 hours before a big event that someone else who works there totally organized come in firing with a litany of requests, demands, instructions, etc.
