That has nothing to do with the statement.

It is the duty of the POTUS to challenge unconsotitutional state laws. Bachmann said it wasn't the feds' business.

ETA: As if on cue, the next question highlights that Admin's failures to enforce federal immigration law (RJ: Where is your federal supremacy duty on the issue of sanctuary cities?)

So what is unconstitutional about the gay marriage law in NH? That was the context in which she gave her answer.

That's probably true. I'm a pro-defense, small government, Constitutional, fiscal conservative, and I like Obama more on a personal level.
