I'm not sure I can understand how anyone can support Assad, and Russia's intervention.

And the guy who goes on RT (Russian State News) all the time (Flynn) would be in charge of reorganizing it.

Wouldn't Congress have to approve something like this too?

And don't forget...trump is keeping private security detail after Jan 20 (at least that is the latest plan).

The bigger part of the story that is now breaking is that some Trump campaign officials may have met with Russia about the hacking of the DNC. If that proves out we're talking TREASON. NYT story about the sex tape also talks about the potential contact with Russia by campaign.

So let's presume this is all true - what happens from a procedure standpoint if (a) Pence is not involved, and (b) if Pence is involved?

The raw memos on which the synopsis is based were prepared by the former MI6 agent, who was posted in Russia in the 1990s and now runs a private intelligence gathering firm. His investigations related to Mr. Trump were initially funded by groups and donors supporting Republican opponents of Mr. Trump during the GOP primaries, multiple sources confirmed to CNN. Those sources also said that once Mr. Trump became the nominee, further investigation was funded by groups and donors supporting Hillary Clinton.

So someone paid to dig up dirt on Trump comes up with dirt and it's leaked to CNN. I'm convinced.
 
Even if it's not true. How would Trump prove it? He's been completely delegitimized in the eyes of at least half the population.
