But Hillary would have wasted all that taxpayer money on health care and job training for coal miners in the tech and green sectors like a crazy socialist traitor pig!!!!

While I don't necessarily disagree, I am not following the Administration's argument on this point. First, there is no Constitutional process required, and whatever process is employed by the House, is likely to be considered a non-justiciable political question. Second, even if you assume that precedent is some binding guide, and I reject that, both for Nixon and Clinton there was an investigation that proceeded the house impeachment vote and inquiry. Here, the House just recently got the information re Ukraine, and additional facts will surely come out. Once they feel like there is an appropriate amount of evidence, they can hold the vote or not based on what evidence the investigation yields.

I'm stunned Barr let it go this far. Maybe Barr will go full sessions and give these guys a walk. After all, Sessions took over a $220M money laundering case that happened in Trump Tower and was represented by the same lady who was at the "adoption meeting" and gave them a walk with less than a slap on the wrist fine.

I'm doubting Barr knew of this in advance. The local US Attorney probably just acted and then would deal with Barr's response after the fact. No way Barr would have allowed this otherwise.
 
Isn't Giuliani getting enough blowjobs off his name and the whole 9/11 charade he pulled off? I mean, whats the point of all this effort and risk to do a bunch of shitty crime in your 70s? Isn't the money and power, essentially, for blowjobs? I mean if not, just be a regular guy and ride off into the sunset with your golf or gardening hobby and your wife and chill out without all the headache of trying to get more rich and powerful. What's the point? How many more suits and cars and square footage do you need when you are 75? I don't get it
