So this is just an app version of the old game on ESPN.com.
 
Hawks are 6 point favorites in Vegas & 5 point favorites through Sagarin, but it's a straight up prop on sftc.

Is this a trap?

Do they take away those "easy" ones once your streak gets up there in amount?

So in reading the rules, they give $20k to the leader of the month regardless, but if you get the minimum of 25 going on you get a bonus $20?

So if I win one month with a streak of 30, I get a minimum $40k?
 
Yes. They don't take away picks ever. All picks are always available to everyone. They generally make picks that are going to be 50/50 though (or they perceive to be 50/50).

The Chair Force should win, but I went with EZU because they're 8 points favorites in Vegas and Sagarin. Not sure why SFTC didn't make it win by double digits for the Pirates.

Oh wait - Day 1 easy props, FTW
