Why the Deac Not

"Goodness, so that's what a good half-court offense looks like??"
I was furious over the hire, then decided to give him a chance, then the first awful loss occurred and I was done with him.
"Ron, I have to suck what to keep my job?"
It was baffling. But who among us has the vision of Ron Wellman.
This. I mean, the boards go way overboard with the Bz hate. The 'Coach K keeps it close on purpose and hypes Bz in the media to keep him around' stuff is ludicrous. However at this point in his tenure at Wake it's clear he needs to go. Players don't need a coach to get hyped for Duke, they need a coach to get hyped for MD and GT. [Redacted] is clearly incapable of doing this.I was furious over the hire, then decided to give him a chance, then the first awful loss occurred and I was done with him.

Standing in stark contrast is Miami who has a coach who has been there three years at a private school with no basketball history.
I keep saying you need to fire Wellman first.
I had this thought watching the Canes-Wolfpack game yesterday. Here are two schools that were nothing a couple years ago. Miami was nothing and State hoped to be mediocre. They hired coaches who had clearly shown they could win in college basketball. Surprise, their programs are winning. Miami had further to go than State which makes Larranaga's accomplishments even more impressive. Miami and State are where we would be if we had hired a proven coach.Um, for clarification purposes, this is only Larranaga's second season at Miami. Unbelievable what he's done in such a short time compared to the shit show we've had now for three years.
