Why, based strictly on what we know right now it doesn't seem that bad, obviously this could develop into something far far worse but going there now means making quite a few large assumptions.

If you guys think this is where the investigation ends, you clearly aren't paying attention This will go on for years and multiple people will end up in jail.

This whole scandal will go down as one of the darkest periods in American history. Our kids will be reading about it in history class years and wondering what the hell half of our country was thinking in 2016/2017.

Not that bad? Let's look at what we now know after today:

-Flynn lied to the FBI
-Flynn contacted the Russian ambassador in an effort to undermine sanctions imposed by the Obama administration for meddling in an American presidential election (all before Trump was in office)
-Sources close to both Flynn and Trump say that Trump advised Flynn to make contact with the Russians during the campaign
-Once again Flynn undermined American foreign policy by asking Kislyak to defeat a UN Security Council resolution condemning Israel for its resettlement policy
-Kushner also advised Flynn to develop a relationship with Russia during the campaign.

Not that bad? Your heads would explode is Hillary did a tenth of this.

And these are just the things we know about.

Eh, the terrible day was the day President Shithead was elected. Today was fallout from that, but at least shows that there might be a fail-safe in case we elect a shithead.

Rest assured history books in red states will present this as a mere footnote after chapters on her emails, #BENGHAZI, and Barack Hussein Obama was born in a manger in Kenya.
