FSU/Clemson to Big 12? Demise of ACC?

Translation: The B12 looks like more of a diversion than a solution, but we want the SEC to know we're available...followed by a two hour discussion of how we'd be in the SEC if the Gamecocks weren't such jealous bastards.

I suspect, however, that this new deal with FOX and ESPN is predicated on the conference getting to 12 teams in the next few years and holding a championship game - so they're pulling in the hype now even though when you split the money 12 ways the deal isn't really better than the ACC's deal (depending on your Tier 3 rights, of course)

just shows you how messed up this whole expansion deal is when a conference could either be considering a school from Utah or South Carolina. not that any of them are officially being considered, but still.

Sounds like they are trying to start a bidding war.

This is exactly what coaches do when there are rumors about them leaving for another school. One simple statement of loyalty would squash the rumors, but they put out something vague to get their contract re-done.
 
Hey, we won the ACC for the first time since 1573. Let's go get our asses kicked some more in the XII. Clemson logic.
 
Translation: They talked about how they badly they got their ass kicked in the Orange Bowl last year by West Virginia and how they don't want to have to go through that kind of embarrassment each and every year.
 
Let's face it, Clemson is just a bunch of assholes. Always were, and always will be. This is just further confirmation of the obvious. Nothing to see here. If they leave, fuck 'em. If they stay, let's kick their asses.
 
Clemson to the NFC...Why stop at just joining the Big 12 since the football world revolves around Pickens County
