Anybody who says they are "very pleased" with the direction of the basketball program needs to have their head examined.
As Dan has said, Bzzz has nothing to lose. He still has a big-time job after 6 sub .500 seasons. His only choice is to remain positive and act like his grand plan is going to pay dividends.
So, in year four, Bz comes to the realization that he might need to 'add some activities or other things' to the kids schedules on road game days so that they're not just eating a nice meal and laying around and then going out and losing?
It's not Bz's first job either, so it took him a lot longer than Year Four.
