Kenneth Walker III Appreciation Thread

You must think Clawson doesn’t have the intelligence to recognize that KW was our best runner. We don’t know what goes on in practice and grading out on assignments. No way that Clawson was playing favorites. You don’t win at multiple schools like Clawson by playing favorites.
 
The big thing is if Walker goes down MSU is screwed if CBS had to miss time we would be fine.

Maybe even get more Ahmani Marshall.
 
realistically it’s probably turner than took walkers spot in the rotation. suspect we would have gone maybe 2/3 carries to walker, 1/3 CBS if he had stuck around given we saw last season.

By having three backs that are all capable pass blockers, one could think that this makes opposing coaches respect the RPO more. Not so much with Walker in the backfield as since everyone knew he could not pass block. He is indeed better off in the run-happy BIG, and our offense is doing just fine.
 
Walker is now 2nd on the odds list for the Heisman after Alabama QB Bryce Young.
 
I’d really appreciate him in this game at the moment. Our backup RBs are awful.
 
Ellison is good, but no one has the vision that KWIII has. There were several times that a cutback lane was wide open for a huge gain and our RBs didn’t see it.
 
Would like to see Christian Turner break a tackle. At least one. Ellison is solid. Ahmani Marshall has looked legit in limited snaps. Perhaps, he gets a shot over the last couple of weeks of the season.
 
Turner had several runs last night where a big hole opened and turner needed to beat one guy for a huge gain and every time the one guy tackled him easily
 
State had allowed like two rushing TDs all season prior to last night.
 
KW3 would be a slam dunk starter for us next year. He blew it.

The staff is probably trying to keep Marshall to 4 games redshirt year. He could be a third year redshirt freshman next year if he plays in four or fewer games this season.

ETA:

He may well play against one of Clem or BC, then ACC title game and bowl game.
