The irony is that...for most of the posters here, at least....when they are 45 & married with a family and financial obligations, they will be glad that they didn't get the government that they thought they wanted when they were 25.
 
the stuff the dem socialists are pushing would largely help the middle class' children and are only onerous to the upper crust

lol at your senile leave it to beaver fever dreams. Overwhelming "financial obligations" are the entire fucking reason that socialism & populism is becoming popular. We cant all murder our father in law and inherit their business and house. Perhaps the Reverse Mortgage King of Randolph County should take a peek at the real world. Your bumfuck triplewide rural upper middle class is an economic fringe.

The nature of your post says quite a bit about you, MDMH. I can almost feel the rage. Are there any more false personal attacks that you could come up with to help relieve all that pent up rage? You crammed quite a few in that post.

As I've said, someone wasted a ton of money on your education if your life's goal is to live in a country with a socialist government. Why not just move to Venezuela? They already have one.
 
I mean the average tunnels poster is a 35-45 year old white dude with a good job and kids. Not like there are a bunch of college kids on here anymore.
 
probably more like 28-40 across the all the boards, but yeah, few actual college kids. i bet the Tunnels regulars are close to that demo, though
 
Some could make the argument the biggest form of socialism in this country is the USPS.
 
One of this community's biggest problems over the last five years is that there is no new blood.

Bkf, I'm curious who you think is a current college student. Of regular posters, I'm not sure there is a single one.

I don't resent you enjoying your life and your wealth, but your ignorance and classism pisses me off. You only respect wealthy people with traditional families. Ironically for someone who inherited SO MUCH, you are completely dismissive of the role that circumstance plays in life outcomes.

"35 to 45" averages out to 40. What percentage of the posters would you say are at least 40 years old and married with children? I agree with you that the average age on The Tunnels is likely higher than on the Sports boards, but I would guess that the percentage who are 40+ and married with children would be less than 20%...and probably considerably less than that.

I don't think there are probably very many students posting on The Tunnels...….but I think there are a hell of a lot of grads between the ages of, say, 24 & 34....more than half of which are probably not married.
