Can we just prop up Monsanto in the corner or something? No need to play defense. Just let him shoot 3s on one leg.

Well, they are together for only one year. Same with a lot of this season.
 
We’re just getting outplayed. Mainly we once again can’t cope well with their defensive pressure.
 
Forbes has done a good job building a competitive roster. Anyone can see that he is a clear upgrade over the last two disasters. HOWEVER a team that does not play defense, rebound or value the basketball is not going to win. This years team as well as last year would have made the tournament if we did the fundamentals better.

He sucks. Sub 40% shooter from the floor for his college career. No NBA team with any sense would ever draft him.
 
Nice to see Carr get aggressive.
 
Monsanto being able to pull up from anywhere at any time covered up a lot of offensive issues. Carr and Williamson can both shoot but neither is capable of creating their own shot out there.
 
Next year is going to be monumental for the future of our program. A lot riding on it.
