Yeah, sounds like DSJ for sure. Silly Knicks could have just drafted him at #8. Instead they draft an awful French guy and then trade Zinger to get him.

has any NBA team ever had three white guys at the same time that were all-nba at some point in their career since like the 70s?
 
What a crazy afternoon. Within 2 hours, things went from "Porzingus isn't happy with the Knicks" to "Knicks exploring a trade by the deadline" to "Porzingus to Mavs for DSJ, DeAndre, and change."

I prefer this to something long and drawn out like the Kawhi drama last year.
 
Mavs have to eat a couple bad contracts in there though, that's gonna hurt.

The draft pick is likely to be crap. The Mavs have traded this year's pick to Atlanta unless it's Top 5. If they don't get it this year, the Mavs will be good enough for the pick to be mediocre next year.

If the Mavs stretch Barnes, they will be able to add a max deal and then some this off-season.

The NBA should take the Knicks from Dolan.
 
This does open up two max spots for Knocks but who is going to sign there now?
 
Knicks must think that they are getting Kevin Durant (or similar FA) with the salary they cleared.

They could trade Lee next week on after the season.

Harrison's $25M will be tough to trade.

The Mavs will have the right match any max deal for Porzingis.

Don't think this is correct, mavs are taking on some money in hardaway jr./Lee. Not a salary expert but I haven't seen anything saying they can open a max spot. Would be cool if i was wrong though #superteam

Knicks definitely think they are getting KD

They have to think they are getting two max superstars not just one plus a Top 3 pick.
