OMG HURRRICANE!!!!!!!111!!!!1

Yeah its a near certainty there will be trees on lines and power outages.

The Wake Duke soccer game at Spry on Saturday at 7 is going to be an adventure! First 500 fans get a Wake Soccer scarf!

i'd say we are at skim. if we can get either a brief downpour or a good wind gust, we'll raise it to 1/2% milk.

I love the local news broadcasts in the Triangle this morning that have banners saying things like “Bracing for Impact”. Like, calm down guys.

None of my kid's teachers put up any work for them on this "remote" day.

This is ridiculous. There are maybe 20 cars in my office building parking lot when usually there are about 200. It is fucking raining out. Whoopdeedamndoo. And of course my kids' school is remote because CMS is worried about the busses in the wind, when my kids' school doesn't even have any busses but follows CMS anyway. And by "remote" they mean log in for attendance so the day counts and then don't worry about anything else. Fucking idiots.

I just took my dogs for a walk because it wasn’t raining. Therefore I conclude there is no hurricane.

based on the current state of things in the cotswold neighborhood, i'm considering downgrading the warning from skim milk to nondairy almond milk. it's slightly breezy and cold, with no rain
