Ongoing gun violence/injury thread

i think some double amputee ex olympic runner murdered his trophy (no typo) wife using a firearm. i'm told it's in the news.

truth is semi-auto actions need to be banned. to easy to modify to full auto, and there are also work arounds like bump-firing should they become more difficult to modify.

Are you crazy? Haven't you heard about the roving bands of heavily armed criminals assaulting innocent homeowners in this country? How can you possibly fight off a group of 4 or 5 determined invaders in an extended firefight unless you have semi auto and a huge magazine? Because this happens ALL THE TIME.

And after you kill that group of 4-5 people, all their families will be coming after you. Without the ability to kill an invasion of 50-100 people without reloading, you'll be dead.

What kind of pansy would want to keep you from being about to protect your goldfish against the horde of roaming mobs?
