Such terrible news. When I was in high school we used to walk to baseball games from my buddy's house off Faculty to watch Rusty play. 19 is too young to die, and 41 is too young to have to deal with something like this.

This is incorrect. Near Richmond, Va. Headed to Wilmington to visit friends I think.

Details are sketchy. Don't think anything weird was going on like a cop chase. It happened early this morning and it was foggy.
